WHAT FEES CAN I EXPECT TO BE ADDED TO MY MONTHLY RENT?
APPLICATION FEES
- Application Fee – $75.00 for each adult over 18 years of age
- Administration Fee – $200 per home
ONE TIME FEES
- Risk Fee (if applicable) – $400
DEPOSITS (JETTY)
- Three Bedroom, Two Bath – varies bond amount $1,500, $2,000, or $3,000
ADDITIONAL CHARGES – MONTHLY, FIXED
Per unit / monthly – Required
- Amenity Fee – $185
- Liability Insurance – $18.00
- Pest Control – $10
PET CHARGES – OPTIONAL
- Pet Fee (per pet) – $400 (2 max), one time
